This is the schedule for upcoming events. Saturday April 27th and Saturday May 4th we will be doing mini camp...
These are mandatory dates... Times will be 9-10 sign ups if you need to sign your contracts. 10-11 will be stretching, and 11-2 will be training camp... Your processing fee must be paid in order to participate.... $50 any new players, $25 returning players..

We are a family based, community oriented organization, entering into or 6th season, and our 3rd season as a AAA team (The top tier in semi pro).
For the upcoming 2013 season, we are looking to add to our family, and have the following benefits to offer.
Coaches - We understand the commitment given by you, week in and week out, play
after play. We offer a coaches stipend, coaches shirts, all equipment, and training aids, supplied by team.
Players - Although we can't offer a stipend to play, as this violates semi pro rules, we offer NO PLAYER DUES. A new player pays a $50 processing fee at signups, and pays for their uniform. Returning players pay $25 processing fee. All players are required to participate in community events.
Coaches and player if you are coming from another NEFL team you must have a release.
Who are we?
We are the CT Gamblers Semi Pro Football team located in Plainfield CT.
We are part of the New England Football leagues AAA division.
The League is divided into three divisions: A, AA, and AAA with AAA being the top division. The CT Gamblers competed in AA our first three seasons finishing in second place in the Championship our third season. We moved up to AAA in our 2011 season making it to the first round of playoffs making us very eager to continue for the AAA championship.
How we started:
The CT Gamblers were established in 2007 with our first season being the 2008. The idea came when one of the owners came back from his deployment in Afghanistan and read in the newspaper that a local kid was arrested shortly after graduating high school. This gave us the idea to start the CT Gamblers Semi Pro football team so when guys graduate high school they have something to do with their talent if they are unable to attend college. We will continue to grow each season adding more talent to our already established talent with players and coaches.
Recruiting:

In order to excel, you must be completely dedicated to your chosen sport. You must also be prepared to work hard and be willing to accept constructive criticism from your coaches and captains. You must be willing to help out your team where you are needed. Without one-hundred percent dedication, you won't be able to succeed.
